See it work on
your work.

Thirty minutes, screen shared, short slides. Bring one process where your team spends too much time on routine decisions. We’ll work out together whether it suits an AI employee, then show you the role, the approval and the record it leaves behind.

1
You describe one process

Plain words. What it does, what it can access, who signs off, and where the work arrives.

2
We build the role live

Job description, scope, trust level and reporting line, set in front of you rather than after the call.

3
You read the record

What arrived, what it knew at the time, what it was permitted to do, what it decided and why.

After the call

Then a pilot on real work.

One process. Two weeks. Your own tenant.

The aim is to give your team something to see and evaluate inside the first fortnight, rather than spending months proving that the technology can perform in a demo.

If the AI cannot handle the messy day-to-day reality of your process, you find out early. If it can, you have evidence for what comes next.

Before the call

Questions people
ask first.

Do we need to connect anything?

No. The call runs on our environment. Connections come later, at the narrowest scope required, and only when you grant them.

Who should be on it?

Whoever owns the process, and whoever would sign off on the approvals. Two people is usually right.

Is this a pitch?

It is a working session. If your process is not a fit for an AI employee, we will say so on the call rather than in month three.

What happens after?

A two-week pilot on one process, in your own tenant, or nothing.

What will it never do on its own?

Some limits hold at every trust level: payments above your threshold, irreversible legal commitments, anything leaving the organisation’s boundary, actions involving personal data. You can tighten them. Nobody can loosen them.
