Automation that thinks, decides,
and asks first.

A workforce that does the work, and a memory it works from. Both act on their own authority only inside the rules you set. Everything else waits for you, and every decision leaves a record you can replay.

Employees, not integrations.

Workforce

Roles with a remit, a reporting line, and autonomy earned one kind of work at a time.

01AI employeesA named remit, a defined scope of work, and system access that is granted rather than assumed.Read more →02Trust levelsFive levels, per kind of work. Promotion needs a human decision. Nothing is self-granted, and trust goes down as well as up.Read more →03DecisionsWhat arrived, what was known at the time, what was permitted, what was decided, and who confirmed it.Read more →

Knowledge

The half that makes the other half defensible. Facts carry dates, so a past decision can be read as it stood then.

04MemoryWhat the company knows, and when it changed. Superseded facts are marked, not overwritten.Read more →05AskAnswers with the documents attached. When the memory doesn't hold the answer, it says so.Read more →06RecordsClassified on arrival, filed by your own conventions, retained and disposed of on schedule.Read more →

Where the work already arrives, and what we will and won't claim about how it is held.

Security

What we do, and what you can check.

Permissions carried on every request and mirrored from your Microsoft and Google sources. Data bound to the signed-in organisation. An immutable decision log, and deletion that reports what it could not prove. Subprocessors listed, with what reaches each one.

Documents are treated as content, never as instructions. The security page shows how that is enforced, from the trust levels to the eight categories that always need a person.

The first fortnight

A working pilot on one real workflow, in your own tenant, inside two weeks.

One queue, one named manager, one AI employee that only proposes. At the end of the fortnight you have a record of what it would have decided, and you decide whether it earns anything.

DAY 1Connect one mailbox or drive. Scope named, access granted explicitly.
DAY 2Write the job description together. You approve it before anything runs.
WEEK 1It reads what arrives and proposes. A person decides every time.
WEEK 2Review the record together: what it got right, what it escalated, what it declined to touch.

See it work before anyone asks you for a form.

The decisions queue, one record opened, and a replay of how it stood at the time. No call, no email capture.
