What we will look for
The work is unglamorous in a specific way: understanding how a finance, legal or operations team actually decides something, then building governance that survives contact with an auditor. It rewards people who like reading a contract properly more than people who like a demo.
When roles open they will be posted with the salary band, the level, and an honest description of the stage the company is at. No take-home exercises that are really unpaid work.
