Ask the way you’d ask a colleague
One question reaches every document you’re allowed to open in SharePoint, OneDrive and Google Drive. Nobody has to search folder by folder.
A source for every claim
Each claim in an answer points to the document it came from, so the person asking can check it before they act on it.
A refusal, with the reason
When no document backs an answer, the assistant says so. It also refuses when it can’t confirm you may see a source, and tells you that is why.
Will it show people documents they shouldn’t see?
No. It follows your SharePoint and Drive permissions, checked for each question against the system the document came from. When it can’t confirm the person asking may see a source, it refuses.
We test this in the pilot by seeding restricted documents into your libraries and asking about them as people without access.
For partners and customers too
An embeddable version of the assistant answers your partners and customers. Each partner tier sees only its own documents, and the assistant tells everyone using it that they are talking to AI.
Partner and customer service →What the pilot measures, on your own questions
The pilot is paid and runs for 30 days on one stream of work. We take a few hundred of your team’s real questions, agree the right answers with you, and score the assistant on four things.
Accuracy
How often its answers match the ones your team approved.
Correct refusals
How often it refuses when it should, because no document backs the answer or the asker may not see the source.
Wrong refusals
How often it refuses a question your documents do answer.
Restricted documents
Whether any seeded restricted document reaches someone without access. Any one that does counts as a leak.
Bring a few of the questions your team answers every week, and see how the assistant handles them.
